The Challenge
What they needed.
Retrocart moves produce from a central DC to dozens of markets daily. Fill rates, returns, weighing, biller assignment and store-level deductions all lived in people's heads and WhatsApp. Leakage was invisible until month-end.
Our Solution
What we built.
We built the dispatch-session model end to end: indent → session → per-store weighing by billers → dispatch → returns initiated and completed, with fill-rate visible per store and globally. Billers get a focused app (scales, QR codes, DC and store-reach photos); admins get search, bulk upload, B2B pricing, and per-session deductions and expenses.
