Custom development work, strategy consultations, and subscription-based SaaS products where access has been granted are typically non-refundable once the service has started.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, please email us at sales@thetechthingy.com or your dedicated project manager. Include your order/invoice number and the reason for your request. We will review all requests within 5-7 business days.

5. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway's processing time.
