At The Tech Thingy™ (operated by NavTosh Tech LLP), we deliver digital and consultative services. The following policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Service Cancellations
Cancellations are governed by your specific agreement. Work already completed is non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Project not initiated within agreed timeline (excluding client delays)
- Milestones not delivered as per agreed scope
3. Non-Refundable Items
Custom development, consulting, and SaaS subscriptions are non-refundable once work has started or access is granted.
4. Refund Requests
To request a refund, email sales@thetechthingy.com with your invoice details and reason. Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
5. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
6. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
